Return and Refund Policy (European Union)

At our plant shop, we value transparency and customer satisfaction. This policy complies with applicable European Union consumer protection laws, including Directive 2011/83/EU.

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you purchase non-perishable items, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us by email at ph.belles.choses@gmail.com within the 14-day period.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

2. Live Plants (Perishable Goods)

Under EU law, live plants are considered perishable goods and are therefore excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal.

However, we will offer a refund or replacement if:

The plant arrives damaged, unhealthy, or incorrect
You contact us within 24 hours of delivery
You provide clear photos of the plant and packaging

Natural variations in size, shape, or color are normal and not considered defects.

3. In-Store Purchases

For in-store purchases, returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase with proof of purchase, provided the plant is returned in its original condition. This does not affect your statutory rights.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable unless faulty:

Sale or discounted items
Fertilizers, soil, pots, and accessories
Gift cards

5. Refunds

Once a return is approved and received, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Customer Responsibility

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for plants damaged due to improper care, environmental conditions, or repotting after delivery. Care instructions are provided with every purchase.
